Hard to believe that two weeks ago winter hit us again and now… well full on hot spring! No doubt that after months of winter stagnation I now finally feel truly alive!
Anyhow, slowly obsessing more and more about my trip to the motherland :) I definitely left a piece of my heart in Krakow and feel just pure and crazy joy when I think about spending my days just wandering around my home city with my hubz :) ahhh!

Ciezko uwierzyc, ze tylko dwa tygodnie temu mielismy powrot zimy, a teraz juz wiosna w pelni! Nie ulega watpliwosci, ze po miesiacach zimowego zastoju, dopiero teraz naprawde czuje, ze zyje!
W kazdym razie, powoli nasilaja sie obsesyjne mysli o wakacjach w Polsce :) Krakow to zdecydowanie miejsce gdzie moje serce bije troche szybciej, tak wiec poki co tylko dzika euforia na mysl o wedrowaniu uliczkami mojego rodzinnego miasta :)

Was fortunate enough to shoot this outfit right before winter hit us again, so went crazy and wore sandals (my feet transformed into blue icicles for few minutes though).
Anyway, I’m whipping myself into shape before spring and contemplating to wear more cropped tops this year, we’ll see how it goes lol

First of all a big thank you to the whole PARK team for putting up the best Parkshow yet and consistently satisfying our hunger for good and quality fashion/art events in Calgary!!!
It’s always a great pleasure to be a part of PARK projects. PARKSHOW 2013 as always was prepared with the highest level of attention to details, with team of amazing people taking their job seriously!
The whole event was divided into three parts following by celebrating PARK’s 5th birthday…
First part – Departure (Wearable Art Interactive Presentation) by Apiana Que, Chantel Traub, NRT Fashions- for me definitely one of the highlights of the evening. It truly made the audience feel like they were an important and inseparable part of the show. The opening was big and it kept our hearts beating just a little bit faster till the end.
Second Part- Connection (Runway Show 1) by Alex Folzi, Kelly Madden, Of a Feather, Serendipity
Third part- Connection (Runway Show 2) by Bano eeMee, Emogene Couture, SUKA Clothing, Nicole Campre.
Beyond any doubt meeting the amazing Nicole Campre was one of the high points of the night for me. I was introduced to the talented designer last year during the previous PARKSHOW and just become obsessed with the collection! I had great pleasure to wear my very first piece (and obviously not the last one) by Nicole Campre that night :))

Let me start with explaining why I chose my drawer… Well, this is how I store my make up + I flipped my house up side down and couldn’t find one make up bag, I have a suspicion it is somewhere in the basement though ;) Well, one more thing to buy before my trip to Poland in a couple of months!

When I started my new job, strict dress code was no joke and I had to seriously work on that neglected part of my closet. I found this modern power suit in Zara (of course ;)) and now I can’t wait for warmer days to wear it everyday.

Od kidey zaczelam nowa prace, rygorystyczny dress code to nie jakis zart i musialam powaznie popracowac nad ta zaniedbana czescia mojej garderoby. Ten nowoczesny granitur znalazlam (oczywiscie ;)) w Zarze i teraz juz nie moge sie doczekac na cieplejsze dni zeby nosic go nie tylko do pracy.

Shoes definitely are one of the biggest weaknesses in my life… after spending my shoe-budget on Celine heels last week my appetite still wasn’t satisfied, but this time I had to go cheap lol… So Shoemit silver pumps (someone could say “mother of the bride” hmm ;)) and River Island black sandals :)
I’m good for now!

Every year I make myself a list of bigger shopping goals and really like to stick to it! I feel like it keeps me away from unforeseen, impulse and sometimes completely unnecessary purchases… That’s the beautiful theory cos lately I’ve been finding great pieces I can’t walk away from.
So this time I got back home with these Celine pumps :)

Co roku tworze mala liste wiekszych zakupow i naprawde lubie sie jej trzymac! Mam poczucie, iz pomaga mi trzymac sie z daleka od nieprzewidzianych, impulsywnych i czasami zupelnie niepotrzebnych nabytkow… Ostatnio jest to tylko piekna teoria, poniewaz znajduje cudowne rzeczy, ktorym nie potrafie sie oprzec.
Tak wiec, tym razem wrocilam do domu ze szpilkami Celine :)

Po tygodniu spedzonym w lozku z grypa (co jeszcze chyba widac na mojej twarzy) + mega migrenami spowodowanymi regulacja aparatu na zeby w koncu wybralam sie na obiad z mezem… Yey!
PS. Powinnam zapamietac raz na zawsze! Zawsze musze uzywac rolki do czyszczenia ubran zanim wyjde z domu LOL z dwoma mopsami czasem ciezko ;)
